Payment

Using our online ordering system couldn't be easier, simply click on the Add To Basket button of your chosen item.  This will bring up a secure page with your item and quantity. If you wish to choose more items simply press the Continue Shopping button at the bottom of your shopping list to take you back into the web site.  All shipping costs will be calculated automatically and added to the shopping cart/basket. When you have finished click on the Proceed To Checkout button within the secure page.  This will give you the option to pay by Credit Card or by PayPal.  Follow the on screen prompts.

Returns

All damage items must be reported to Wineandchampagnewoodenboxes within 24hr of receipt and we require photographic evidence via email.

We are happy to offer a full refund if the boxes/products are returned undamaged with original tags attached, this does not include the shipping costs.

Does not include any sale items or shipping costs unless agreed at time of purchase.
